Hi Matt,


This email is nothing personal, so please don’t think it is. My statement is at the end.

 

After events unfolding, and after last night especially, I have decided to step down as moderator on your channel.

 

The problem I see it is, two parties, or sides have created a division between themselves, who were once friendly on your channel. However, unknown to me, I was unaware of a personal split, or any unpleasantness between them, prior to it all coming out. I noticed a downward tone on Freddie’s NYE bash, and from then, it has developed into an outright slanging match. I’m not picking sides, or showing any favoritism.

What developed last night was very difficult to watch (for me), listening to two sides of an argument being debated very heated at times, and watching this unfold in the public, was something I prefer not to listen too.

It was noble of yourself and Brian pc to mediate a truce of sorts, but I don’t think this will be going away anytime soon for those involved.

 

I will still be a supporter of your channel, this is nothing personal Matt, but when “stuff” like last night is paraded in such an open forum, it doesn’t sit well with me. I believe any differences, or falling out is best debated privately.

 

On another side note, trolls, and socc accounts add fuel to the fire, (as well as other channel commentators),  which only makes things worse.

 

Heaven only knows how yourself, and the Ladies handle putting up with dealing with this fallout.

 

I’m sure you will understand my reasoning on my decision to step down as a moderator on your channel. Brian pc is a very capable moderator, so you are in safe hands. Just between ourselves Matt, please don’t give more fuel to the fire by going on a little bit tipsy  as you did the other night, which didn’t help. I’m sure you understand where I’m coming from on this particular comment.

 

I’m off down the range in 5 minutes, to vent some frustration by shooting some targets, then home around midday to finish off the mower.

 

Ill still be about Matt, and support you, nothing personal.

Hi Matt,

I have tried several times to donate to your Pay pal account, I get to complete the amount, progress to the next page and push the pay button, and this error message –

“ ! Sorry, this recipient can’t accept payments right now. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer services”.

I copied and pasted your account details, but the transaction won’t go through.

I am bewildered as too what drives people to behave in such a vile way towards yourself. YT could be such a good medium, and fun thing, but it is being bought to the lowest level denominator of the low life of gang keyboard warriors.

On a lighter note, I sincerely hope you enjoyed your Father’s day with your family yesterday.
